Weekend Itinerary

Friday, June 21

WELCOME DINNER IN THE WOODS

4pm: Check in. All guests arrive at either Sibton Park or Chapel Barn entrance to Wilderness Reserve (we’ll be in touch to let you know which you’re staying in)

5.50pm: Transport shuttles begin to Sibton Park

6.15pm: All guests meet behind Sibton Park House

6.30pm: All guests walk together to dinner

6.45pm: Welcome Drinks

8pm: Welcome Dinner

11pm: Bed time

Transport is running from the woods to all accommodations from 9.30pm until 11pm

Dress code: Casual. Flat shoes for walk to dinner.

Saturday, June 22

WEDDING DAY

Breakfast will be delivered to each house

9am: Optional: meet at Sibton Park for ‘short run’ with Russ

9am - 11am: All kids picked up from their houses by the rangers for Camp Tannen

11am - 3pm: Day Activities at Sibton Park: Tennis, Archery, Shooting, Swimming. Lunch will be served.

4.15pm to 4.45pm: Transport from all accommodations to the Walled Garden for Ceremony

5pm: All guests to be seated at Walled Garden

5.30pm: We’re getting married !

6pm: Canapes and Cocktails in front of Sibton Manor

8pm: Dinner (kids will be served dinner at 6:45)

10pm: Dance party starts in the Orangery at Sibton Park

1am: Late night snacks

Transport is running from Sibton Park to all accommodations from 10pm until late

Day dress code: Casual. Dress for activities!

Evening dress code: Your best. Black, Cream and Green.
