Friday 21st to Monday 24th June 2024 (yes, really soon!), it’s Summer Solstice weekend.

WHAT IS IT?

We’re kidnapping you for a three day summer camp, with a wedding somewhere in the middle.

HOW DO I GET AROUND ONCE WE’RE THERE?

It is a huge site and we have events at both the main properties - Sibton Park and Chapel Barn. As well as the option to drive yourself between the two, there will be shuttles provided through the weekend around the beginnings and endings of all the major events. If you get stuck, please call the number provided in your welcome pack in your room when you arrive. 

WHERE AM I SLEEPING?

Accommodation is provided on Friday, Saturday and Sunday night. We’ve hired almost all of the properties across both estates - Sibton Park and Chapel Barn - and we’ll let you know where you’re staying when you arrive. Accommodations vary from 1 bedroom cabins to 17 bedroom manor houses, we’ve had fun putting you where we think you’ll have the best time.

WILL I EVEN HAVE A CHANCE TO SLEEP?

Good question. You’ll be able to arrive at 4pm on Friday 21st June, and our welcome dinner is happening from 6.15pm that night, so please do try and get there with good time. Take it easy on Friday night because Saturday is the big one. There will be activities all day and our wedding ceremony, dinner and party happening from 5pm until very very late. On Sunday you’re free to sleep or explore, we’ll meet up for a casual Sunday roast in the afternoon around 3pm. Checkout is 11am on Monday 24th.

WHAT ABOUT MY KIDDOS?

For those of you bringing your kids, don’t worry they will be well entertained at CAMP TANNEN for 2 hours on Saturday and Sunday morning so you can relax. We also have dedicated nannies for each family with children, and they will be at your property for you to meet them on Friday.

WHAT SHALL I WEAR?  

Friday night and Sunday are casual so please don’t sweat it.

Saturday activities include swimming, tennis, shooting, archery and the option to go on a run with Russ on Saturday morning so if you’d like to participate in any of these activities, please pack accordingly.

Saturday night is summer suits and dresses so please where your finest - we ask that you wear black, cream and/or green.

WHAT SHALL I DO IF I AM LOST/STUCK/CONFUSED/DRUNK?

When you arrive there will be the number of a host from the Wilderness Reserve team who can help you with everything and anything you need. Please, don’t call us, we’re going Airplane Mode the whole weekend.

CAN WE GET YOU A PRESENT?

Yes please! We are asking all guests to bring us their favorite album on vinyl. Other than that, we appreciate you making the time and effort to come and celebrate with us. We can’t wait.
